* Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
* Products that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Sale items, promotional items, and limited-edition releases are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
* Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit, where applicable.
* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
* Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
